Wright Flooring installed a new laminate floor on January 7th & 8th, 2013, they did a great job. I couldn’t be more happier with my new floors. The installers were courteous, clean and did a great job. I would recommend Wright Flooring Inc. and I definitely would use them again.

First off this is a better of thanks for installing my laminate flooring last Wednesday and Thursday at “382 Horizion Drive” in North Ft. Myers.
I have never written a letter like this but I was so impressed with the experience that I just have to do it. From the moment I first met you at my house to saying goodbye to your installers, I never had a doubt that I had chosen the right company to do my flooring.

The “Can do” attitude just blew me away- Everyone made a good impression from you helping us through the whole selection process. To each of your installers taking care of every little thing I wanted done (I especially like the way you started out by showing us satisfied customers in my own neighborhood that I could go talk to if I wanted to. And that is why I chose your company)

However it was your installers that really impressed me. Everyone had the attitude that they were not only going to do the job right but they also were going to do it to my satisfaction. I never saw any signs of anyone hurrying to get the job done. In fact I saw several times when they took the extra time to make sure it was done correctly. Any questions or request I had they fixed to my satisfaction on the spot.

For some reason, I felt like I was their only customer and it impressed so much that I just had to write this letter and let you know what a great crew you have working for you.

I truly believe that no one could have done better. That’s how impressed I am with their work.

Dear Sir,

We are the owners of a 2002 Rexhal1 3550 motor home that was in need of new floor coverings in the living room and kitchen. We were conducting our research to determine the advantages and disadvantages of engineered wood and various types of vinyl materials. Our search was for a product that offered resistance to moisture. being able to hold up under the weight of the living room slide out and would be dimensionally stable. We wen not having much luck in obtaining satisfactory answers to our questions after making the rounds of the various vendors of these products.

After seeing the report in the News-Press that Wright Flooring had been selected the best in Southwest Florida for laminate and hardwood flooring, we consulted with your Victor Vasconcelos. Considering the above mentioned specifications, Victor suggested Majestic FreeFit Luxury Vinyl flooring. We then signed a work order to install the flooring and picked up the motor home last week after the installation was complete.

To say that we are satisfied would be a gross understatement – we are thrilled with the results The workmanship was outstanding and far beyond our expectations. It would seem to us that you might have an opportunity serving the RV market for flooring replacement. During these economic times, many owners are remodeling and upgrading their units instead of trading them in for newer models. Reaching the Southwest Florida market might be a challenge due to the fact that print publications probably don’t offer the ability to run regional ads. There are a few RV shows locally and contacting local RV dealers and Camping World might give you some insight in how to reach this market.
